Dr Sachi Fernando is a rehabilitation physician with a special interest in chronic pain management, intellectual disability and the minimisation of functional impairment arising from illness and physical disability. She consults at the Sydney Pain Management Centre and also holds appointments at Calvary Healthcare, Kogarah and Wallsend Campus, Hunter New England. Dr Fernando is committed to managing all patients living with chronic disabling pain and practices a holistic patient-centered approach to improve symptoms and overall quality of life. She completed her medical degree at Monash University in 2012 and obtained Fellowship from the Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine (AFRM) in 2020 and has trained in various regional and metropolitan hospitals in NSW and Victoria.
